By accessing or using Tutorly AI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Tutorly AI provides an AI-powered educational and content platform that includes interactive courses, quizzes, stories, audio playback, and personalized learning experiences. Features include but are not limited to:
Listen to curated stories, articles, and educational content with adjustable playback speed and natural AI voices.
Structured courses in AI/ML, Data Science, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Computing with interactive quizzes and progress tracking.
Track your XP, streaks, skill completions, and leaderboard position as you learn and grow.
Interest-based content recommendations, personalized learning paths, and adaptive difficulty.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
One person may not maintain more than one active account.
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. Specifically, you shall not:
All content, design, graphics, code, and materials on the Platform are the intellectual property of Tutorly AI or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, educational purposes only.
If you submit, post, or share content through the Platform (including quiz answers, assignments, discussions, or feedback), you grant Tutorly AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and improving the Platform.
Certain features may require a paid subscription or one-time payment.
All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise or required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.
Free trial periods, if offered, will convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Payment processing is handled by secure third-party payment providers (Razorpay).
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Tutorly AI does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, exam results, or performance improvements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tutorly AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Platform.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
